Detective Conan

The Detective Conan (Meitantei Conan or Case Closed) franchise is a Japanese detective series that began with a long-running manga (1994-present). The franchise is extensive and includes a highly popular and long-running anime television series (1996-present) with over 1100 episodes, over 28 annual anime theatrical films (1997-present), spin-off films, television specials, video games, and more. The story follows a brilliant high school detective named Shinichi Kudo who is shrunk into the body of a child due to a poison and continues to solve crime cases under the alias Conan Edogawa.
